RECOMMENDATION(S):

DECLARE vacant the Appointee 2 seat on County Service Area, P-2A Citizen Advisory Committee, previously held by Chris Gallagher due to resignation, and DIRECT the Clerk of the Board to post the vacancy, as recommended by Supervisor Diane Burgis.

BACKGROUND:

The Chair of P-2A Citizen Advisory Committee notified the District Office of Mr. Gallagher's resignation effective immediately.
