RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2019/185 approving reduction of performance bond amount for the Subdivision Agreement for minor subdivision MS15-00002 for a project developed by Alamo Glen, LLC, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Alamo area. (District II)

FISCAL IMPACT:

100% Developers Fees.

BACKGROUND:

Subdivision Map Act Section 66499.7 of the Government Code allows the local agency to release a portion of the security furnished by the subdivider, if the subdivider requests a partial release. The release of security shall be in conformance with Section 66499.7 of the Government Code and does not apply to the required guarantee and warranty period.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The performance bond amount reduction will not be approved.
