5.   CONSIDER recommending to the Board of Supervisors the reappointment of Brenda Brown to the Child Care Provider #2-Central/South County seat and Crystal McClendon-Gourdine to the Community #1-West County seat to new terms expiring on April 30, 2022; and the appointment of Kaitlin Young to the Discretionary #2-Central/South County seat to complete the current term ending on April 30, 2021 on the Local Planning and Advisory Council for Early Care and Education.  (Susan Jeong, Contra Costa Office of Education)
