RECOMMENDATION(S):

ACCEPT resignation of Timothy Maggiore, DECLARE a vacancy in the Appointee 3 seat on the Byron Municipal Advisory Council, and DIRECT the Clerk of the Board to post the vacancy, as recommended by Supervisor Burgis.

FISCAL IMPACT:

None.

BACKGROUND:

The Byron Municipal Advisory Council advises the Board of Supervisors on issues and concerns related to the unincorporated area of Byron.

Mr. Maggiore notified the District Office of his resignation to the Byron MAC effective June 4, 2018.
