ADOPT Resolution No. 2018/215 approving and authorizing the Public Works Director, or designee, to partially close a portion of Fred Jackson Way, Market Avenue, 5th Street, on July 4, 2018 from 9:00 AM through 12:00 PM, for the purpose of Fourth of July Parade, East Richmond Heights area.
