RECOMMENDATION(S):

ACCEPT resignations of Florence Raskin, Lily-Ann Lidji, and Jason Wallace, DECLARE vacant seats B9 - Hospital Council - East Bay, District III Consumer Representative, B3 - American Red Cross, on the Emergency Medical Care Committee and DIRECT the Clerk of the Board to post these vacancies, as recommended by the Health Services Director.

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

The following individuals have resigned from their appointed seats on the Emergency Medical Care Committee: Seat B9 holder Florence Raskin, District III Consumer Representative Lily-Ann Lidji, and seat B3 holder Jason Wallace.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

Failure to declare these vacancies will delay making new appointments to the seats.
