RECOMMENDATION(S):

APPROVE Appropriation and Revenue Adjustment No. 5077 authorizing the transfer of revenue in the amount of $132,670 from the Probation Department (100300 - 0309) to the Fleet Internal Service Fund (150100 - 0064) for the purchase of five vehicles.

FISCAL IMPACT:

The requested appropriation and revenue adjustment would transfer $132,670 of the Department's County allocation to the Fleet Internal Service fund for the purchase of the five new vehicles. (100% County)

BACKGROUND:

The Probation Department is purchasing five vehicles. These vehicles are replacements for existing non-ISF vehicles that are each over 16 years old.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The Probation Department would not be able to purchase replacement vehicles.
