RECOMMENDATION(S):

APPROVE Conflict of Interest Code for the Reclamation District 2122 (Winter Island) (“District”).

FISCAL IMPACT:

None.

BACKGROUND:

The District has adopted a new Conflict of Interest Code and submitted the new code, attached as Exhibit A, to the Board for approval pursuant to Government Code section 87306 and 87306.5.

The District was unable to locate its original Conflict of Interest Code. The adoption of this new Conflict of Interest Code for the District satisfies the requirements for such a code under State law.
