RECOMMENDATION(S):

APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Purchasing Agent to execute, on behalf of the Health Services Director, a purchase order with Sam Clar Office Furniture, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $102,453 for purchase of furniture associated with the construction and occupancy of the Health Services Department's new West County Women Infant Children (WIC) facility in San Pablo.

FISCAL IMPACT:

Funded 100% by County General Fund.

BACKGROUND:

Sam Clar Office Furniture, Inc., has supplied needed furniture and installation for offices and other spaces to multiple Health Services Department locations. West County WIC will be relocating to a new in facility in San Pablo upon completion of construction.
