RECOMMENDATION(S):
APPROVE and ACKNOWLEDGE that, by its terms, the contract between the County and S/T Health Group Consulting, Inc., pertaining to pharmacy audit services and initially approved by the Board on April 10, 2018 (Item C.75), does not have a maximum payment limit of $113,200 for the two-year contract term as specified in the Board action but, instead, has a maximum payment limit of $226,400 for the two-year contract term.
FISCAL IMPACT:
100% funded by Contra Costa Health Plan Enterprise Fund III. (Rate increase)
BACKGROUND:
In February 2017, the County Administrator approved and the Purchasing Manager executed Contract #27-997-1 with S/T Health Group Consulting, Inc., for the provision of pharmacy audit services for Contra Costa Health Plan members, for the period from March 1, 2017 through February 28, 2018. The contract was renewed and the purpose of this board order is to clarify the maximum payment limit as $226,400 as agreed upon by both parties.
