RECOMMENDATION(S):
APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Public Works Director, or designee, to execute a contract amendment with ICF Jones and Stokes, Inc., to extend the termination date from June 30, 2017 to December 31, 2018, for continued environmental services for the Downtown Martinez Jail Demolition Project, with no change to the contract payment limit of $500,000; and to change the contract identification from On-Call Environmental Services, Countywide, to Downtown Martinez Jail Demolition Project [Project No.: 4500-6X5885]. BACKGROUND:
On March 15, 2012, the Board of Supervisors approved a three-year, on-call contract with ICF Jones and Stokes, Inc. (Contractor), in an amount not to exceed $500,000 for On-Call Environmental Services. Contractor has provided on-call environmental services for multiple projects.
