BACKGROUND:

Effective February 1, 2016, Contra Costa County Fire Protection District began operating a consolidated Fire-Rescue-Ambulance dispatch center. This presentation will outline some of the benefits of bringing the dispatch centers together to better serve our communities and support our field personnel.
