RECOMMENDATION(S):

APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute on behalf of the County, Contract #74-510 with the Regents of the University of California, on behalf of its University of California San Francisco campus, an educational institution, in an amount not to exceed $7,524 to provide family based treatment training for eating disorders for the period from December 1, 2015 through November 30, 2016.

FISCAL IMPACT:

This Contract is funded 100% Mental Health Realignment.

BACKGROUND:

Under Contract #74-510, Contractor will provide family based treatment training for eating disorders for the period from December 1, 2015 through November 30, 2016, including mutual indemnification.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

If this contract is not approved, County’s clients will not receive family based treatment training for eating disorders services.
