RECOMMENDATION(S):

APPROVE the attached list of referrals to the Transportation, Water and Infrastructure Committee for action in 2015.

FISCAL IMPACT:

None. The cost to staff this Committee is included in the budget of the Department of Conservation and Development. Cost for Committee reports are borne by the department or agency responsible for addressing the referral item.

BACKGROUND:

Each year the Board of Supervisors is asked to approve a list of issues to be referred to its standing committees. The attached list of issue referrals was reviewed and approved by the Transportation, Water and Infrastructure Committee at its March 2, 2015 meeting for recommendation to the full Board of Supervisors.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The Transportation, Water and Infrastructure Committee will not have a Board-approved list of issues to discuss.
