RECOMMENDATION(S):

DECLARE vacant the Public Member seat on the Oversight Board of the Oakley Redevelopment Successor Agency previously held by Bruce Connelley due to relocation and DIRECT the Clerk of the Board to post the vacancy, as recommended by Supervisor Mary Nejedly Piepho.

None.

BACKGROUND:

On May 22, 2015, Oakley City Manager, Bryan Montgomery notified the District III office of Mr. Connelley's relocation to another City.
