RECOMMENDATION(S):
Approve and authorize the Purchasing Agent, on behalf of the Health Services Department, to execute an amendment to Purchase Order #P55487 with Performance Interiors Inc., to add $70,758.90 for a new total of $141,624.10 for the installation of a new dish washing machine for the Cafeteria at the Contra Costa Regional Medical Center (CCRMC), with no change in the original term of February 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015.
FISCAL IMPACT:
100% funding is included in the Hospital Enterprise Fund I Budget.
BACKGROUND:
Performance Interiors Inc. was the selected vendor for the dish washing machine placed on the current Purchase Order; this did not include installation costs. This Purchase Order amendment will add the cost of installing the dish washing machine to ensure that all warranties will be valid.
