RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2022/172 ratifying the prior decision of the Public Works Director, or designee, to fully close a portion of Highland Boulevard, on May 7, 2022 from 3:30 p.m. through 7:30 p.m., for the purpose of Wildfire Safety Education Event - Outdoor Community Block Party, Kensington area. (District I)

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

Applicant shall follow guidelines set forth by the Public Works Department.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

Applicant will not have Board approval for completed road closure.
