RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2019/137 approving the Stormwater Management Facilities Operation and Maintenance Agreement for minor subdivision MS07-00010, property owned by Charlene M. Ramsay, Trustee of the DC Revocable Land Trust, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Knightsen area. (District III)

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

The Stormwater Management Facilities Operation and Maintenance Agreement is required by Condition of Approval No. 38.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The agreement will not be recorded and the Contra Costa County may not be in full compliance with its National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit and Stormwater Management Discharge Control Ordinance.
