ADOPT Resolution No. 2018/176 accepting completion of the warranty period for the Road Improvement Agreement, and release of cash deposit for faithful performance, for road acceptance RA06-01208 (cross reference subdivision SD04-08856), for a project developed by Shapell Homes, a Division of Shapell Industries, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, as recommended by the Public Works Director, San Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area. FISCAL IMPACT:
The funds to be released are developer fees that have been held on deposit.
