On March 10, 2015, this Board approved the Project and adopted the Mitigated Negative Declaration SCH #2014042078.
On April 19, 2016, this Board approved a Right of Way Contract – Temporary Easement dated February 22, 2016 from Chanchal, LLC granting property interest located at 150 W 10th Street to the District. The Temporary Easement from Chanchal expired October 31, 2017, and needs to be extended through December 31, 2018. Since the start of project construction, the property has been sold by Chanchal, LLC to Sai Shraddha, LLC. A Temporary Easement is required with Sai Shraddha, LLC, in order to authorize payment to them for the extension of the Temporary Easement.
The project will not have sufficient land rights to allow construction in accordance with the approved plans and specifications.
