RECOMMENDATION(S):
ADOPT Resolution No. 2017/154 approving the ninth extension of the Subdivision Agreement for subdivision SD89-07267, for a project being developed by Morgan Capital Investment Properties, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Walnut Creek area. (District IV)

BACKGROUND:
The terminal date of the Subdivision Agreement needs to be extended. The developer has not completed the required improvements (approximately 38% of the work has been completed to date) and has requested more time. By granting an extension, the County will give the developer more time to complete improvements and keep the bond current.
