RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2016/376 accepting Offer of Dedication for Roadway Purposes, for road acceptance RA06-01208 & RA06-01210, for a project being developed by Shapell Industries Inc., a Delaware Corporation, as recommended by the Public Works Director, San Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area. (District II)

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

The developer was required to construct Dougherty Road. The construction of this new road requires Dedication of Right of Way to the County for Roadway Purposes.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The Offer of Dedication for Roadway Purposes will not be recorded.
