Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment Agreement #26-733-7, with Rebecca Vesely, an individual, effective April 1, 2016, to amend Contract #26-733-6, to increase the Contract payment limit by $55,000, from $55,000 to a new payment limit of $110,000, with no change in the original term of August 1, 2015 through July 31, 2016.

FISCAL IMPACT:

This amendment is funded 100% Hospital Enterprise Fund I. (No rate increase)

County requested and the Contractor agreed to provide additional hours of services to assist CCRMC with the hospital redesign and incentive Medi-Cal annual reporting.

Approval of Contract Amendment Agreement #26-733-7 will allow the Contractor to provide additional services through July 31, 2016.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

If this amendment is not approved, County will not receive additional consulting and technical assistance services on the hospital redesign and incentive Medi-Cal annual reporting.
