5. 1. ACCEPT the recommendations of the Review Panels with regard to contract awards from the Requests for Proposals (RFP) issued for the Community Recidivism Reduction Grants.

2. RECOMMEND contract authorization by the Board of Supervisors for the following contractors, in the amount of $50,000 each, for the period July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016:

6. ACCEPT a status report from the District Attorney and the Employment and Human Services Director on Public Assistance Fraud investigation and prosecution efforts within the County.
  Approved as presented with the following direction to staff:

1. The Committee requested that the District Attorney's Office and Employment and Human Services Department (EHSD) meet to discuss internal policies and procedures related to referrals
from EHSD to the District Attorney for criminal investigation and prosecution. Once the departments have met and have recommendations for the future, the Committee will agendize the issue for additional discussion.
