RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2015/142 approving the Final Map and Subdivision Agreement for subdivision SD02-08634, for a project being developed by Taylor Morrison of California, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, Martinez area. (District V)

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

The Public Works Department has reviewed the conditions of approval for subdivision SD02-08634 and has determined that all conditions of approval for the Final Map approval have been satisfied.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The Final Map and Subdivision Agreement will not be approved and recorded.
