ADOPT Resolution No. 2015/141 approving the Subdivision Agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping), for subdivision SD02-08634, for a project being developed by Taylor Morrison of California, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, Martinez area. (District V)

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

Subdivision SD02-08634 has been reviewed and processed by Public Works staff and meets all applicable conditions of approval regarding landscape improvements.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The Subdivision Agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping) will not be approved.
