3.   CONSIDER the staff recommendation for the appointment of Juliana Boyle to At-Large Seat No. 3 and Ronald Tervelt to At-Large Seat No. 8 on the Advisory Council on Aging for terms expiring on September 30, 2015 and forward recommendations to the Board of Supervisors for approval, as recommended by the Employment and Human Services Department.

4.   CONSIDER the staff recommendation for the appointment of Chris Shrader to the Emergency Medical Care Committee (EMCC) to fill Seat C-2 - Air Medical Transportation Provider for the term expiring on September 30, 2014 and forward recommendations to the Board of Supervisors for approval, as recommended by the EMCC.

5.   CONSIDER accepting reports from the Health Services Department regarding the Continuum of Care for the Homeless and the Healthcare for the Homeless and forwarding the reports to the Board of Supervisors.  (Lavonna Martin and Rachael Birch)
