RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2023/140 approving and authorizing the Public Works Director, or designee, to fully close a portion of Francis Street, on May 09, 2023 from 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., for the purpose of utility pole replacement, Crockett area. (District V)

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) shall follow guidelines set forth by the Public Works Department. PG&E is requesting a road closure for a utility pole replacement. The closure is necessary to increase traffic safety due to the narrow roads.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

Applicant will be unable to close the road for planned activities.
