RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2023/122 accepting completion of private improvements for minor subdivision MS13-00006, for a project developed by Eugene Frederick, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Alamo area. (District II)

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

The developer has completed the private improvements per the Subdivision Agreement, and in accordance with the Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The private improvements will not be accepted as complete, and the bonds will not be released to the subdivider.
