APPROVE amendments to the List of Designated Positions of the Employment and Human Services Department's Conflict of Interest Code.

None.
BACKGROUND:
The Employment and Human Services Department has amended the List of Designated Positions of its Conflict of Interest Code and submitted the revised List of Designated Positions to the Board of Supervisors for approval pursuant to Government Code sections 87306 and 87306.5.
