RECOMMENDATION(S):
ADOPT Resolution No. 2021/129 accepting completion of improvements for subdivision SD14-09389 for a project developed by Laurel Ranch III, LLC, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Concord area. (District IV)
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact.
BACKGROUND:
The developer has completed the improvements per the Subdivision Agreement, and in accordance with the Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The completion of improvements will not be accepted.
