RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2021/121 approving the Parcel Map for minor subdivision MS19-00001, for a project being developed by Shapell Deer Creek, LLC, as recommended by the Public Works Director, San Ramon area. (District II)

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

The Public Works Department has reviewed the conditions of approval for minor subdivision MS19-00001 and has determined that all conditions of approval for Parcel Map approval have been satisfied.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The Parcel Map will not be approved and recorded.
