RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2021/112 ratifying the prior decision of the Public Works Director, or designee, to partially close a portion of San Miguel Drive between Shady Glen Road and Norris Road, and Shady Glen Road between San Miguel Drive and Oakdene Court, on April 1, 2021 through June 1, 2021 from 8:00 AM through 4:00 PM, for the purpose of installing approximately 1,965' of 6" & 8" IPVC water main, Walnut Creek area. (District IV)

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

Applicant shall follow guidelines set forth by the Public Works Department.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

Applicant will not have Board approval for completed road closure.
