  1. ACCEPT an introductory report on the issue of certain fees assessed by the County related to the criminal justice system; and
  2. PROVIDE direction to staff on next steps.

  1. Provide additional information on the ability to pay issue.
  2. Provide an update on SB 144
  3. Provide addtional information on other fees that are collected.
