RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2018/127 accepting completion of landscape improvements for park acceptance PA15-00044 (cross-reference subdivision SD05-08971), for a project being developed by Shapell Industries, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, as recommended by the Public Works Director, San Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area.

No fiscal impact

The developer has completed the landscape improvements in accordance with the Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code.
