RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2018/125 accepting completion of improvements and approving the Final Map for subdivision SD05-08947 for a project developed by James Scott Busby and Margaret Mary Busby, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Martinez area. (District V)

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

The Public Works Department has reviewed the conditions of approval for SD05-08947 and has determined that all conditions of approval for Final Map approval have been satisfied. In addition, the developer has completed the improvements in accordance with Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The completion of improvements will not be accepted and the Final Map will not be approved and recorded.
