RECOMMENDATION(S):
APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Public Works Director, or designee, to execute a contract with Mark Scott Construction, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $1,500,000 to provide on-call fire, water and mold mitigation services, for the period April 1, 2018 through March 31, 2021, Countywide.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This cost is to be funded through Facilities Services maintenance budget. (100% General Fund)
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
If this contract is not approved, fire, water and mold mitigation services will be discontinued.
