RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2018/116 accepting completion of private improvements for minor subdivision MS16-00001 for a project developed by Pacific Crest Builders, Inc., as recommended by the Public Works Director, Walnut Creek area. (District IV)

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

The developer has completed the private improvements per the Subdivision Agreement, and in accordance with the Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code.
