RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2017/141 approving the Stormwater Management Facilities Operation and Management Agreement for minor subdivision MS15-00005, for a project being developed by Ken Gardner.

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

The Stormwater Management Facilities Operation and Maintenance Agreement is required by Condition of Approval No. 26.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The agreement will not be recorded and Contra Costa County may not be in full compliance with its National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit and Stormwater Management Discharge Control Ordinance.
