1. Introductions
             
2. Public comment on any item under the jurisdiction of the Committee and not on this agenda (speakers may be limited to three minutes).
             
3. Staff recommends the committee RECEIVE the prospectus for a North Richmond Urban Greening and Resiliency Plan and ENDORSE the Plan as a pilot project for implementing selected goals of the County’s Climate Action Plan.
 
  The Plan was endorsed by the Committee.  The Committee directed staff to identify and pursue funding opportunities for implementation of the Plan, focusing on resiliency, urban greening, and green infrastructure.

4. ACCEPT the report on the Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities program and provide direction to staff, as needed.
  The Committee directed staff to develop a list of the projects the County would be submitting grant applications for, by funding category.  The Committee also directed that staff be provided the League of Cities' guide to Cap-and-Trade programs.

5. The next meeting is not currently scheduled, as this Ad Hoc committee meets as needed.
             
6. Adjourn

The Ad Hoc Committee on Sustainability will provide reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities planning to attend Ad Hoc Committee on Sustainability meetings. Contact the staff person listed below at least 72 hours before the meeting.
Any disclosable public records related to an open session item on a regular meeting agenda and distributed by the County to a majority of members of the Ad Hoc Committee on Sustainability less than 96 hours prior to that meeting are available for public inspection at 651 Pine Street, 10th floor, during normal business hours.
Public comment may be submitted via electronic mail on agenda items at least one full work day prior to the published meeting time.
