RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2016/319 accepting as complete the contracted work performed by Maxwell Asphalt, Inc. for the Byron Airport Pavement Enhancements Project, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Byron area. County Project No. 4875-4650-SAS-6X5314 / Federal Project No. AIP 03-06-0008-014

FISCAL IMPACT:

Project was funded by 90% Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airport Improvement Program (AIP) Funds, 2.25% Caltrans Funds, 7.75% Airport Enterprise Funds.

BACKGROUND:

The Public Works Director reports that said work has been inspected and complies with the approved plans, special provisions and standard specifications and recommends its acceptance as complete as of March 24, 2016.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The contractor will not be paid and acceptance notification will not be recorded.
