1.				Introductions

2.				Public comment on any item under the jurisdiction of the Committee and not on this agenda (speakers may be limited to three minutes).

3.				Approve the recommendations from the staff to the Managed Care Commission to re-assign Tamara Mello from At-Large Seat #9 to the Medi-Cal Subscriber seat, declare At-Large Seat #9 vacant, Appoint Charlotte Ann Annett to the At-Large Seat #1, and, if no other candidates are identified during the required 10 day posting period, appoint Andy Li to At-Large Seat #9.
				Approved recommendations for appointment and directed staff to forward to the Board of Supervisors.

4.				Accept the report and direct staff to forward it to the Board of Supervisors.
				The Committee accepted the report from staff and directed staff to develop draft ordinance language that would create 100% smoke-free multi-unit housing, revise and strengthen the regulation of electronic smoking devices under County law, and bring draft ordinance language back to the full Board of Supervisors for consideration.

5.				Approve the staff recommendations as discussed in the attached report and direct staff to forward these recommendations to the Board of Supervisors for approval.
				The Committee accepted the report and staff recommendations and directed that they be forward to the Board of Supervisors.

6.				The next meeting is currently scheduled for May 11, 2015.

7.				Adjourn
