RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2015/130 approving the Final Map and Subdivision Agreement for subdivision SD14-09328, for a project being developed by Shapell Homes, a Division of Shapell Industries, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, San Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area. (District II)

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

The Public Works Department has reviewed the conditions of approval for subdivision SD14-09328 and has determined that all conditions of approval for the Final Map approval have been satisfied.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The Final Map and the Subdivision Agreement will not be approved and recorded.

CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT:
