ADOPT Resolution No. 2015/129 accepting the Grant Deed of Development Rights for subdivision SD02-08634, for a project being developed by Taylor Morrison of California, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Martinez area. (District V)

The Grant Deed of Development Rights is required per Condition of Approval No. 103.
