RECOMMENDATION(S):

AMEND the term expiration of District III appointee Clark Dawson on the Fish and Wildlife Committee to a term expiring February 28, 2018.

FISCAL IMPACT:

None.

BACKGROUND:

Mr. Clark Dawson was appointed as the District III representative on the Fish and Wildlife Committee on March 31, 2015 with a term expiration of February 28, 2017.

BACKGROUND: (CONT'D)

The District III office was made aware on April 6, 2015 that the Internal Operations Committee changed the term expirations for the committee, so terms were staggered. Districts 2 and 3 were changed to 3 year appointments the first year (2015), and four-year appointments after the February 28, 2018 term had expired.
