Committee members will submit monthly a demand for mileage reimbursement (see attached County form) for mileage to and from Ad Hoc Committee meetings in order to obtain reimbursement. Demands should be submitted within 30 days of the end of the claim month; for example, by May 31 for costs incurred in April.
Meeting stipends will be paid monthly based upon attendance recorded by the Committee Secretary. The Committee Secretary will submit meeting attendance records by the 10th of the month following the claim month; for example, by May 10 for April meetings.
