3.   CONSIDER approving staff recommendations for the appointment of Ross Wilson to seat C6 - Private provider Field Paramedic, and Gino Verza, to seat C6 - Private Provider Field Paramedic Alternate on the Emergency Medical Care Committee for terms expiring on September 30, 2014.

4.   CONSIDER appointing Nathan Johnson to Veterans Service Organization Seat on the Workforce Development Board, with a term expiring on June 30, 2014 as recommended by the Family and Human Services Committee.

5.   CONSIDER approving the appointment of Joseph Villarreal to the Housing Provider seat, Valerie Sloven to the Consumer Seat - Alternate, and Megan Monahan to the Consumer Advocate seat, and making eleven re-appointments of current members, as recommended by the Council.

6.   ACCEPT the report from the Local Child Care Planning & Development Council regarding their activities and refer the report to the Board of Supervisors.

7.   CONSIDER accepting a report from the Employment and Human Services Director regarding the operations of the Contra Costa Covered California Call Center through the close of Affordable Care Act open enrollment period on March 31, 2014.

8.   CONSIDER approving staff recommendations regarding FY 2014/15 Community Development Block Grant Public Service and Emergency Solutions Grant projects and direct staff to prepare a report to the Board of Supervisors on the Committees recommendations.  (Robert Calkins, CDBG Progam Manager)

9.   CONSIDER accepting report and recommendations for revisions to the County's Secondhand Smoke and Tobacco Product Ordinance and direct staff to forward the recommendations to the Board of Supervisors.
