RECOMMENDATION(S):

APPOINT Kevin Romick to the Member 2 Alternate seat on Tri-Delta Transit Board Authority Board of Directors to a term expiring December 31, 2024, as recommended by Supervisor Burgis.

FISCAL IMPACT:

None.

BACKGROUND:

Tri-Delta Transit was established to own, operate and maintain a public transt system in an effort to meet public transportation needs in Eastern Contra Costa County.

The term for this seat expired December 31, 2022.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The seat would remain vacant.
