RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2022/58 approving and authorizing the Public Works Director, or designee, to partially close the east bound lane only of Parker Avenue between San Pablo Avenue and 7th Street, on March 12, 2022 from 8:00 a.m. through 10:00 a.m., for the purpose of Rodeo Baseball Association Opening Day Parade, Rodeo area. (District V)  

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

Applicant needs to close one lane of traffic for safety purposes during the Rodeo Baseball Association Opening Day Parade. Applicant shall follow guidelines set forth by the Public Works Department.  

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

Applicant will be unable to close the road for planned activities.
