RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2022/32 accepting as complete the contracted work performed by Bay Cities Paving & Grading, Inc.., for the Bailey Road/SR4 Interchange Pedestrian & Bicycle Improvement Project, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Bay Point area. County Project No. 0662-6R4121, Federal Project No. ATPL-5928(136) (District V)

FISCAL IMPACT:

The Project was funded by 79% Active Transportation Program Funds, 21% Local Road Funds.

BACKGROUND:

The Public Works Director reports that said work has been inspected and complies with the approved plans, special provisions and standard specifications and recommends its acceptance as complete as of December 21, 2021.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The contractor will not be paid and acceptance notification will not be recorded.
